One at Bennet 11 the other at Petco 05. The only rules are you have to pick that park. 100 mil. The 4 single park leagues have gone well and at least one interesting thing has come out. Away records are for the most part better than home records which seems to dispel the home team slight advantage theory. Come have some fun!
Thanks Greg.

Maybe I am confused about you think constitutes a "Singles park". I didn't think those parks counted as singles parks, at least in my mind. Bennett looks like a HR park and Petco a pitchers park.... My definition of a singles park is Forbes 57 or Royals 80..??

Just to crash your theory, it all depends on the participants as far as home vs. away. We did the same thing and all had the same guys on our draft list, any order, but same guys. Here are the results and home team records far out performed away records. Also home teams out hit and out pitched away teams.

What will be really interesting is one of the teams in the all-Petco league selected Fulton County '78 13/13 20/20 for his home park. I assume it's an honest mistake, maybe it can be corrected before the season starts. But I tend to think that puts his team at a disadvantage in this type of league setup.

Mykeedee, I don't ave a theory. The common theory since I've been playing is the home team gets a slight advantage. We've had 6 of these leagues going and their is no indication of it. There have been far more teams with better away records. As to a team with the wrong park, it is happened all but once. Strat has ALWAYS had it fixed before start of season. This was no exception.
