We. Need one more manager to fill out our league. Each manager own the rights to players on 2 teams, one will be an original franchise and one is an expansion franchise. We are using the Post WWII set with a 150 mil cap. A list of teams are listed on a forum in the Individual league chat forum entitled Dual Franchise League season 9.....please sign up there if interested. Team drafting has already started.
