This is a PUBLIC LEAGUE open to all who enjoy a little TWIST
Starting on opening day and throughout the season, you may NOT have ANY hitter that is rated as a "1" at ANY position.even if he is a "2" or "3" at a primary position but a "1" at a secondary position....HOWEVER.... each owner is allowed 2 EXEMPTIONS....be it at catcher or ss or what ever position he so chooses.....SO CHOOSE your 2 exemptions WISELY.....NO OTHER RESTRICTIONS APPLY.....this is the 2nd Time we'll execute this theme.....Frank Bailey (Mike) won the first Version about 17 months ago....Perhaps he would like to try and DEFEND his title.....Don't procrastinate in joining.....this should fill quickly.
