In the entire history of Three Rivers Stadium (1970 to 2000), there was only one batter to hit for the cycle. Who was it?

Does it have to be a Pirates player? I'm pretty sure Jeff Kent did it against the Buccos. I don't know if it was in Pittsburgh and if it was before 2000.
On side note, we all know Jeff Kent was "hit for the cycle" for breaking his wrist in a motorcycle accident which might have voided his contract. That's what I remember about it, some clever sportswriter tied the two together.

I remember listening to the game on KDKA and I think it was Jeff Kent.
