Most pitchers have gbC on their cards, but it seems that all pitchers from certain years (e.g.1971) or certain era/categories {e.g. pitchers from Negro leagues) and have gbA instead. Anyone has the whole list? If someone wants to send it privately (check my email , I can send my ratings file in return.

This difference you notice between some years where all pitchers have gbC while other years have gbA on most cards is the same discussion we have had many times regarding the difference between chevy and cadillac cards. I have posted at length before. If you need me to explain it again let me know.
I understand why there is a difference. What bothers me most if those seasons where the ATG card made it in while that season was still chevy based. But since then cadillac seasons have been produced but we are still playing with the chevy cards. If strat cared about my opinion they would immediately give us all cadillac cards for those seasons they are available.
If you want to get a list of cadillac seasons in addition to noting those seasons where most cards have gbA on cards look on the strat page where you can buy past season cards and disks. The cheap years under $15 are the chevy seasons. The ones priced over $20 are the cadillac seasons.
I have a database that has not only which seasons/cards have gbA but also details of which ones are super advanced and have more than the standard 12 (6 per side). What are these ratings you speak of?
