One more manager needed to fill dual franchise league

We are currently looking for 1 more manager to complete our league which will be are eleventh season. Each manager will draft 2 franchises from the Post WW II set and builds his team using only players from said rosters. New managers will be assigned draft spots based on first come first serve basis. Draft will start as soon as the league fills. 50 new cards just released, many will have an important bearing on what should be a very interesting league.
