I have never used this setting and don't even completely understand it. If you have weak relievers and you want to keep your starting pitcher in as long as possible do you check box F0 or F8

You don't EVER want ANY pitcher pitching when they are at F0, that means they are totally out of gas. F8 means they are just starting to fatigue, but once a pitcher starts to fatigue they can lose the rest of their energy very quickly.
