HR Leaders by current ballpark. I'll do the NL East first and post a new division every couple of days.
NL East
Citi Field
Turner Field
Citizens Bank Park
Marlins Park
Nationals Park
And bonus question - which of these ballparks has the leader with the most HR?

Same as above, but I'll go with Ryan Zimmerman for Nationals Park instead of Harper.

David Wright is not correct. This is only for the new park.
Citizens Bank Park is not correct.
Zimmerman, Stanton, Chipper, and Howard are all correct.

You're forgetting Lucas Duda.

Turner Field's been around the longest, so I guess that means Chipper is the leader with most HRs.

Yep, Chipper hit 226 in Turner Field. And Duda has 60 in Citi, Wright has 49. Ryan Howard has 198 in CBP.

On to the AL East
Yankee Stadium (since the remodel)
Fenway
Rogers Centre
Camden Yard
Tropicana Field
Which ballpark allowed the most HR to one guy is a silly question, since Fenway has been around for over 100 years.
