How long does it take for response from SOM? I sent an email to
support@strat-o-matic.com.
I could not get the contact button to work on the website.

The address you initially used is for the main support for their other games like the cdrom games. I doubt those people are industrious enough to forward your email. They probably just say that is not for me and delete/ignore it.
