Does HAL pay attention to pitcher's Hitting Card ratings? Seems to me I remember a thread way back when in which this was being debated but I can't recall the verdict.

I'm tried the "5" or "8" pitcher strategy and it works ever so slightly.

.......I"m about to embark on a Bunting "A" experiment to see if I have better results.

Yes, HAL will pinch-hit with the best hitting pitcher if necessary.
