How about SOM does an analysis of how many times each player is drafted into ATG leagues. The players who are drafted the most often have their salary increase by 10% or more and those players who are never drafted or drafted very seldom have their salary reduced by 10% or more. (except for those players already at the min salary).
Do you like this idea ? Would it increase interest ? I would like your opinion.

I believe re-pricing salaries might create more interest then issuing new cards every few months. As far as usage determining price that gets a little complicated. The cap they are used at is very important as well as winning % at that cap.
