Looking for Theme Players! FULL

Recently my buddy JET40 played in a neat theme league where there were 12 different theme teams. I thought it would be a cool thing to try so we have myself Jet40 and DrBiocide in and looking for 9 more. I will be listing the 12 themes below however the themes will be randomized so if you are not prepared to play what you are given then its best not to sign up. This will be $100M plus DH. There are no stadium restrictions except team neutral.

1) All right-handed team. All your hitters must be right handed on your roster. However your reprieve is that you can carry 3 switch-hitters on your team. Starting pitching is all right-handed however your relievers can be a mix.

2) All left-handed team. Same as above 3 switch hitters, lefty starters yet a mix of relief.

3) All speed team. Your starters must have 1-17 running except your catcher he can be anything. If you play a platoon both sides of the platoon must be 1-17.

4) Max ballpark homers!(#) Your 9 starters must have at least 7 value on each side of their card for all 9 hitters. So for example Max would be a homerun on a 2 ,4, 5 therefore your hitters must have at least the homeruns on 4 and 5 against both leftys and rightys.

5) Defense rules! You must start all 8 positions as a 1. Again if you platoon a position you need 1's at both.

6) Super relief! You must have 2 relievers of $4M+ on your roster all season.

7) Weak 4th starter! You must have a 4 man rotation with 1 starter $2M or less.

8) 5 man rotation. You must start 5 non asterisks pitchers all year!

9) Platoon! This team must have at least 5 platoons in their starting lineup.

10) Neutral team! Must play in Veterans Stadium 75 10-10-10-10 Must have a 4 man rotation 2 lefty 2 righty pitchers. Starting lineup must have 4 lefty 4 righty and 1 switch hitter no platoons allowed on this team.

11) Bad D This team must try and win with 3 players at least a 4 rating on defence. Again platoons must both be 4's and pitchers do not count as a position.

12) Cannons This team must have arms totalling -16. So your catcher and 3 outfielders must total 16 or more.

Injuries do not have to be accounted for. So themes can be broken if an injury occurs. However without injury your starting lineup must always comply. I hope to see everyone come out for this great event and the 3 that are at the top of the list are very competitive so bring your A game! Thanks everyone! P.S. One more thing. You cannot infringe on the other themes. So only the Cannon team can have arms totalling -16. No other team can have 3 or more 4 rated players on defence. No one can play in Veterans stadium 10-10-10-10 No one else can have 5 platoons. No one else can have 5 non asterisks pitchers. IMPORTANT one!! No one can have a starter $2M or below that starts. (Therefore No other team can draft Don Sutton and start him against the righty team.) All teams can have starters below $2M but just to fill the roster example Tim Conroy. No other teams can carry 2+ $4M relievers. No other team can have all 1's on defence. No other teams can have max ballpark or all 1-17 runners. and no other team can start all lefties or righties. citing your example above, could the weak 4th starter team use another weak starter as a platoon/spot starter in this league?

Say a 4 day rotation of 3 expensive * starters then Sutton/Bennett in that 4th slot?

Well Yes I guess you could. You would be the only team in the league that could. As long as that 4th starter was $2M or less each time.

I assume DH does not count as a position for the Bad D team.

Just curious....Which team won the prior league you played in?
