Filling up fast!
Description: No Ruth or NY Teams! Pick one of the 12 regions/states: 1) Massachusetts / NO RUTH-I know he has a Red Sox Card but trying to make it fair. (Red Sox, Braves, Etc.) 2) Illinois (Cubs, White Sox, Etc.) 3) Pennsylvania (Pirates, Phillies, Etc.) 4) Ohio (Reds, Indians, Etc.) 5) Missouri (Cards, Browns, Royals, Etc.) 6) Washington D.C./Maryland/Montreal/Arizona (Nationals, O's, Senators, Expos, Diamondbacks) 7) Texas/Kentucky (Rangers, Astros, Louisville Etc.) 8) Georgia/Florida/Seattle (Braves, Marlins, Rays, Mariners, Etc.) 9) Michigan/Toronto (Tigers, Wolverines, Blue Jays, Etc.) 10) Wisconsin/Minnesota/Colorado (Brewers, Braves, Twins, Rockies, Etc.) 11) Northern California (Oakland, San Francisco, ETC.) 12) Southern California (LA Dodgers, Angels, Padres, Etc.) This is not a franchise league. You must pick players that have a card for that region. You can play any card that player has as long as they have a card for your region. Be careful because some players can be tricky. Example-Eddie Mathews only has a Milwaukee cards so he can only go to the Wisconsin team. Bryce Harper is a Washington player even though he is in Expos list. Look at the cards. Hugh Duffy has a Boston card, On St. Louis Browns list and a Mil Brewer card. He can play for any of those 3 regions. New York teams (Mets, Yankees, Brooklyn Dodgers, and New York Giants and any other NY Teams) plus NeL players will not be allowed to be picked up until the Waiver wire and FA. There will be a huge group of talented players for everyone to pick up at waivers and FA (Ruth, DiMaggio, Koufax, Snider, Gibson, Wells, Etc.) If a player has a card for your region and also a New York team then that team gets the right to that player but must draft him before waivers/FA. Example- A-Rod has a Texas card and Yankee card. Since we can’t draft Yanks he will go to Texas. If another team drafts him by accident then please trade him to the team that has his card rights. But if the Texas team doesn’t draft him then he is a FA. We have several players like this in this league. The player you get back must be dropped at waivers though. You can also make trades to teams if both teams own the rights to the cards. Use your region’s name in your team name so no one makes a mistake. You must pick a stadium in your region. If you get a New York or NeL player please drop them before waivers unless they can go to another team. So if you get someone like A-Rod by accident then trade him to the Texas team instead of dropping him. Please wait to drop any players until we can get all of the NeL, and New York players dropped. If you have any questions please ask. It does require a little research. Thanks
