first name alphabet league- only 2 spots left!

PostMon Oct 02, 2017 2:19 pm

This is an “Alphabet League” where teams will auto draft based solely from players whose ***FIRST NAMES*** begin with one of the letters combinations chosen from the following list. There can be no duplication of letter choices. M and P, S and L, D and O, T and F, E and K, A and Z, C and V, R and I, B and U, J and Q, W-H-Y (3 letters), G-N-X (3 letters). Again NO letter can be duplicated, once chosen. You may auto draft any player that has a *FIRST NAME* BEGINNING WITH ONE OF YOUR LETTERS. For our purposes, the first letter to appear in the name space on the card (whether a given name or nickname) will determine the right to the player. Examples: Babe Ruth goes to the B-U team, Three Finger Brown to the T-F team. Joe Wood would go to the J-Q team, but Smokey Joe Williams would go to the S-L team. If a player is found to have multiple cards with differing first letters, the most expensive card will hold priority. However, the owner of the most expensive card may use ANY card the player has. Trades are not restricted in any way except you can only trade players that belong to you by letter, or that were acquired in an chain of trades from the team that had original letter rights. If a traded player is released, both the releasing team and the original letter holder may claim them as a FA. You may choose any ballpark. Please label your team name with the letters you picked in caps to help managers that join later to know what letters are still available. Please read the rules carefully and if you have any questions let me know. No sign ups here, just go to the league page and join.
