F9 for the first 7 batters, then F8 for the next batter

That's the SOM 'make the game exciting' feature of the online game. ;)
Seriously tho, ever notice how many runs are scored in the 8th inning?

Makes the whole play by play thing seem totally faked.

It is so unrealistic that a MLB team won 22 in a row (what are the odds?). And then the same team who won 22 in a row and 36 out of 40 got knocked out in the first round of the playoffs. That would NEVER happen in real life, even if they played thousands of seasons, like we do here online.

A 100-team losing against a wild-card team...simply the 100-win curse that made another victim!!

Seriously, though, injuries really hurt Indians line-up. Brantley clearly wasn't able to contribute neither offensively or defensively, although you might say that Bruce replaced him somehow. But losing Encarnation hurt them even more. With Ramirez and Lindor hitting for .150, they were not much offense left in that team. They were already out of prospect Zimmer and Guyer because of injuries, so I thought that the Indians had really 3 minor-level players on their playoff roster, one of them Urshela started every day. I know he started 50 games or so, but what to expect from a guy who finished with an OPS of .550?

You may have played the actual board game a lot for all I know but I have played thousands of games. Rolling the dice out of my hand myself. Rolling on the hitters or pitchers card 10 straight times is not all that unusual. If you have spent years playing the board game you will be aware that things happen that seem virtually unbelievable and they have nothing to do with a computer. Every time I read these kind of posts I think to myself "here is another guy that never played the actual dice game very much". Maybe I am wrong but if I am you need to remember all the crazy stuff you have seen happen when you played.
