This league format looks like fun. The unlimited budget will allow for in-season adjustments without concern for penalty fee, while the 24-team format will ensure that teams don't become too stacked.

Oh, and feel free to make your team name something Yogi Berra would be proud of. We already have in the league, "It Ain't the Heat, It's the Humility", "Nickel Ain't Worth a Dime", and "When U Come 2 a Fork in the Road, Take It".
