New League just opened no more 250 inning pitched relievers!

Rules are no relief pitcher with a 2 endurance rating or more can be over 2.85 million. All starting pitchers must be have 175 inning pitched or more. All starting players must have at least 350 plate appearances and no starter relievers can be used as relief pitchers. And no designated hitter allowed either!
