TFW Hal pulls your starter with one out to go in a no-hitter. If algorithms had egos, Herb Score's would be wounded.

Actually, HAL seems to have made a pretty good move there, in terms of trying to win the game.
Scored had walked the bases loaded in the 9th and in the process had dropped his fatigue rating to F4—and the score was 2-0. I think a real life manager would have been smart to make the same move, even if it hurt the pitcher's feelings.

Agreed. It's a much more rational choice. Just not the normal human one.
