For a new leagues waivers to run at 5 pm east time on a Monday...
What is the time window...when the auto draft would need to occur?

So...the answer is ...
To get a waiver run at 5 pm east time on a Monday...
The auto draft must run in a “window of time” which is ...from Saturday at 5:01 pm east time to Sunday at 4:59 pm east time?

No, to get Monday Waivers, the Auto-Draft would run anytime Saturday, from 9:00 AM-10:00PM ET. If the auto-draft runs on Sunday, Waivers would be Tuesday at 5:00.

yes. auto draft ran at 11:50 am Saturday morning east time and waivers is Monday at 5 pm east time
