Cuban-born Tony Perez homered in the top of the 15th off Catfish Hunter (working his fifth inning!) to lead the National League to a 2-1 victory in the 1967 All-Star Game.

Indeed. Cuban-born Cookie Rojas hit an eighth inning homer in the 1972 All-Star Game:
