extremely disappointed...

with strat...I am on the verge of hanging them up and calling it a career...

the latest debacle with the speed of their computers...

garcia keeping us informed

Rosie's supposedly connection with Garcia...(not sure if they are one in the same) on new card deliveries...never get a real answer

they are always always promising and under delivering....


JUST KEEP US INFORMED...WE ARE MOSTLY OLDTIMERS WHO NEED REASSURANCE

Yes, it looks like this IS the BEGINNING OF THE END! After all, isn't this what failing companies do - after all, the only thing worse than finding out what's going on is what REALLY is going on as we don't really know HOW BAD things may acutally be.

Over the past several years, companies in various industries die off because they can't or won't adapt to the current environment (think of retail - can anyone say HH Greg or radio shack and now Sears and JC Penny????)

Yup-- as ive been saying for years now-- simple timely communication would immediately allieviate half the issues.
By timely that means keeping to schedules that they themselves have set- mind boggling.

And therefore; perhaps that is the reason they are not delivering or responding. They do not wish to disappoint their customers?
