Expansion era Franchise League

Rules:Your team location name MUST be the same CITY as the team you choose. The team name can be whatever you want. For example, if you choose CLE-exp as your player set, your team location must be Cleveland, but you can call them the Cleveland ______ (anything you want here). Choose any EXPANSION era team EXCEPT, ARI, COL, FLA, TB, and EXCEPT franchises previously selected by someone else in the league. You must draft your team from your selected City expansion player set with the following important notes: 1. You are not guaranteed players who also appear in another player set. For example, Ted Simmons appears in both StL and MIL, so if you choose StL and someone else has MIL, you will potentially compete for him in the draft order, so draft order is important. 2. The franchises ARI, COL, FLA and TB are free agent franchises. Players from these 4 franchises are available to anyone on a first come first served basis. 3. Following the draft, the free agent pool will consist of ONLY players on your selected team plus the four free agent franchises. 4. There is only a 5 percent drop penalty, so you can use the remainder of your team AND the 4 free agent franchises as a minor league system during the season as $ allow.
