Trades are allowed and if you happen to have money left over after your team has played it's first set of games you may add a player but thats the only exception. Also any reliever with an endurance rating of 3 or more and over 2.98 million dollars are not allowed. Also no starter under 175 inning pitched are allowed. This end a Dale Murray type from pitching 300 inning and a Satchel Paige with under 100 inning as a starter on one card pitching 300 inning and all starting fielders must have 400 plate appearances. Try a new way to bring a traditional feel back to the game 12 rosters set in stone and pitchers and hitters played as they were met to not exploited by rules lawyers just to win at any cost!
