There is a new ERA league: $200 Million, No DH league.

Choose from the eras: 1870s-1902, Negro League (entire era), OR either the AL OR NL for: 1903-1919, 1920-1939, 1940-1963, 1964-1979, 1980-1999, 2000-2016.

1870s-1902 and NeL do not have relief only pitchers so pick relief pitchers from any era worth 1 million or less. Pick a stadium that comes from that era. Teams can not have cards that are not from their era.
