Not your usual Suspects League

Subs must be less than $4K because if all 15 had to b over $4K that would take up $60K and 10 pitchers would be 40K and this is an $80K league. So what are the rules for subs and relief pitchers.

I think I understand, all pitchers must be above $4K but all hitters must be rated 4 or 5 and can be any price, thanks!!!

Come join this league, was great fun filling out the team, and will be interesting to see what I get after the draft, was nice having all relief pitchers over $4K
