Well, I guess our favorite customer service company just "forgot" to tell us about their new processing fee. As near as I can tell the fee is per transaction.
Of more concern is that they have now decided to collect New York State sales tax. Don't know if they are applying this to customers from outside NY, either way they didn't use to charge sales tax.
They are so entirely devoid of anything resembling class. I have a couple of credits left and 15 active teams so should bring in a fair number of free credits, but this is the last straw for me. No plans to spend another dime at this bullshit company.
