Pedro Martinez 10.85 card has been absolutely BRUTAL in the playoffs for this team. Yes, it's a 200 mill league, but his numbers are insanely poor even for a 200 mill league.

His ERA is 6 times what it was in real life and about 2 1/2 times what it was in the regular season.

He gave up 8 or more runs in a start ONCE all season. He's done it 3 times in 4 playoff starts. The 4th start he only gave up 7 runs.

This is why I prefer 80 mill leagues.

True....but every other SP on your staff overperformed in the playoffs (for a 200M league), so I'd say it balanced out.

Darn, I thought this was going to be a rant about that Larry Walker card. Total ripoff!

the 5 day Pedro is the only one to use at high caps, although the 10.85 did pretty well during the regular season. He just went missing for the post season (VERY un-Pedro like!)

Sub par performances are to be expected, but this little run is pretty extreme. On the bright side, he cannot pitch again for my team this season. My fate rests in Mike Norris' hands.

Not so much. C'est la vie. I'll take me freebie and cry in my sparkling water.
