1- You MUST pick one of the SIX Forbes stadiums as your team park
2- No hitter OVER $11.44
3- $55 Million cap on hitting (no cap on pitching staff, so you MAY spend as much on pitching at the expense of your hitting)
NO OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Can anybody achieve a team ERA under 3.00?? I suspect so.....but we shall see
