SOM Customer Service - working on the weekend!

I had an issue with a league and email'd SOM on Saturday. They responded almost immediately and made some changes to the league. We do a lot of complaining around here, but in the past few months they've really stepped up the responsiveness of customer service.
Much appreciated!

I can testify to this statement.
I can't tell you how easy it has been to work with their customer service folks of late.

sometimes they are on it...sometimes they are asleep at the switch...overall a c- in my estimation...
