it was his private helicopter. 9 people on a copter is a lot. why they would be flying in a mountainous region in the fog ....? copters fly low anyway, and in the fog, get in a valley with very low visibility and your chances of running into the side of a mountain increase dramatically. i did read a report about people hearing what sounded like an engine problem?
