Big props to SOM support

I checked in on a autodraft league that filled overnight and was supposed to run at 9 am this morning. This was posted as a headline on the league page:
I think this is great. It means SOM support is being proactive instead of reactive. Identifying, investigating and resolving problems as they occur instead of letting the league run and responding to an inevitable mountain of complaints that one or more teams is out of compliance with roster requirements. I definitely prefer this approach. It shows they are making huge steps in customer service, especially when you consider this is a Sunday morning.
As an aside, I think I know what the problem is. I was in an ATG8 auto league that was not likely to fill anytime soon once ATG9 launched, so I changed to a version 9 auto league. My roster stayed the same, it wasn't wiped clean, and I immediately realized that the new salaries made the total salary more than $80 million. Someone probably switched from 8 to 9 and didn't adjust their roster to get under the cap.
Thanks for your patience...
Our system has detected an issue with this league that has prevented the Auto-Draft from running. While rare, there are a number of possible issues that could exist, including a team having an improper player on its draft list, or having too much salary. We'll be investigating the cause of this delay, and should have a resolution probably with the next 24 hours. Thanks for your patience.
