While rookie leagues serve a valuable purpose for practice, No statistics from such leagues should be counted among all time records.
Furthermore, Rookie leagues should not even count towards a managers all time winning percentage.

can't disagree with that...

I believe I already posted in the Records posting thread that I was not accepting records for the rookie leagues.
