Pitcher Fatigue Rating Question

Good morning everyone. Hope all is well with you and your families.

I started the finals yesterday and have a question on Pitcher Fatigue Rating or Pitch Count Fatigue.

Norm Charlton finishes game 6 of the semi's on Thursday and sends us to the finals. He finishes the game as F9

Norm comes in game 1 of the finals last night as F0. What am I missing? Was he F0 after he pitched to Duncan? He pitched to 3 batters with the last batter making the last out for the save.

Norm comes back in game 2 as F0 and proceeds to lose the game on a squeeze in the bottom of the 9th. I'm not sure if the F0 hurt me here outside of maybe the wild pitch.

Thanks in advance

I've seen similar posts before. I believe the off days in the playoff count for starters, but not for relievers. If Charlton pitched in Games 5 and 6 in the semis, then he will start Game 1 of the Finals fatigued.

It would be good if SOM fixed this, but I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks

It’s crazy that he ends the semi’s as an F9 but begins the finals as F0. Maybe something in between? Hopefully I will not need him tonight in games 3 and 4.

You might if your setting are Closer: Maximize.

Once he pitches in two straight games, he will become fatigued at the end of his second outing. Not taking into account off days for relievers is a bug in the program logic that's been pointed out before. He may not have started the outing as F0. He went to F0 after the first batter singled.
