LEAGUE: ATG9 shuffle---3 million or less with a few stars
It's the first shuffle the player set roster ( created by njed274 and SOM )---60 million cap, 14 elite hitters and 8 elite pitchers with all players of 3 million or less to select from---22 stars for 23 teams. The creator of the league is not drafting an elite player, so that means there are 22 stars available to draft.

I’m not the commissioner but I believe the answer to your question is no based on the description below.

It's the first shuffle the player set roster ( created by njed274 and SOM )---60 million cap, 14 elite hitters and 8 elite pitchers with all players of 3 million or less to select from---22 stars for 23 teams since I am not taking one of the stars unless available at waivers, a quick way to learn the lower ATG9 players and their new salaries and have fun and strategy.

I had the same question.

am not the commissioner, but as it does not say in the rules that you can't, then clearly you can....

with 24 teams drafting, it makes it very interesting......if you don't get the player you select, then it will drop to the next player at the position with the next highest salary....
so I suspect the pitchers will all be gone for sure....

as stated, I am not the commish of the league.
however, in order to do what toshiro suggests, that would require a draft of the star players prior to setting up the teams. which is not a bad idea at all, but in this instance, its too late for it as 22 teams are already in.

does anyone know who the commish of the league is?
