This is a 100 million public league

This league is to let pitching dominate. The rules are simple.
1. You can spend as much money as you want on pitching.
2. You must limit all hitters to 1 million or less.
3. Any ball park is eligible
4. I opted to use DH so our pitchers are not pulled for pinch hitters

Let's see if these scrub hitter can get some runs on the board against the greatest pitchers in history!
