Changes in ATG9 ???

Is there a page somewhere that shows all the changes and improvements in ATG(?

Was it just a repricing?

For that matter I have been away for well over a year. What is new, different, improved, changed?

Don’t bother setting your bullpen, because your options are very limited and HAL won’t follow them anyway.

The popular players increased in price, the players nobody wants decreased.

If you want to win at any cap less than $140M use the four studs strategy.

That’s about the list of the “improvements.”

R3, R4, and R5 relievers are much more expensive, in an effort to curtail super-relievers.

So only thing they did to reduce super relievers was increase price, not actually change how things work?

What time do games actually kick off at night?

When is the deadline for me to get lineups set and per game starters set, etc?

Was there any changes/improvements other than repricing?

Or is Strat still Strat? LOL

10 is the lineup deadline.
I've had teams run a little after 11 Eastern, and also not be run at midnight.
Bullpen settings are limited to 2 roles per pitcher.
HAL now screws up your RPs twice as often as before.

Good luck!

Not true at all.
My $80M league that just wrapped I lost in the finals to a team with all SP under $6 mil. Mine were all $4-8 mil.
I have a team right now 35-19 and I spent just over $8 mil TOTAL on starting pitching.
And as I look right now, a team leading another league I'm in is doing a fun all-Indians theme team with all SP between 4-8 mil.

Somebody explain to me why you need more than 2 roles per reliever unless you're using a super reliever strategy. I've never used more than 2, and I've never had trouble getting HAL to manage my bullpen the way I want.

Summary of ATG 9 changes (IMO):
1. R3-R5 relievers are more expensive
2. SP is cheaper, especially $3-7 mil
3. 3B is cheaper
4. all the favorite nickel players had their price jacked up
5. If you had strategies/value plays in ATG that you were married to, you may experience some frustration

I will miss some of the old values. Used to love sticking Orta in a starting 2b spot for 53 cents, now his price doubled and it's not worth it, he's the same price as Gantner. And love the strategy or hate it, it was fun to use Dale Murray and Sutter. But I enjoy the challenge of finding new values and team builds.

Tied and late
Behind and late
Closer

All differentiated by as little as 1 run.

Is the feature that when only carrying two catchers and one is injured the other one in subsequent games cannot be injured still in place? That may be critical on whether I use the 600 AB Pudge or the other Pudge that looks slightly better hitter but has the 4 injury rating.
