Should Reliever prices be lowered?

I think either lower them a little bit (say 20%)
OR
Take away ALL of the usage restrictions and RAISE the prices (EX: Dale Murray goes up to $10.50)

I am not sure about across the board cuts. But you should be able to put up a credible relief staff that can throw 400 innings for 10-12 million. Need more 3 or 4 million guys who can survive against both sides. I also think they should go to a more sophisticated fatigue rating with regard to starting pitchers based on number of pitches combined with how hard they are hit. I think the game needs to move towards making you have a somewhat deep relief staff unless you get the very top starters who might throw a lot of complete games (but who would still get knocked out sometimes or get tired)where you could go with a cheaper relief staff. I dont see why it would be so hard to do. If youre S9 you get 130 pitches...you hit that and youre out. Or if you allow too many negative events (hits, walks, runs, errors, homeruns, etc in an inning or in total) you have to be taken out. Better pitchers would have a higher number. If you enable owners to put together a credible and deep relief core without breaking the bank and fix starter fatigue which is ridiculous then no one would complain about only 2 roles.
