This will be a league for managers with less than 100 leagues under their belt.

Only managers with a "Starter," "Rookie," or "Prospect" rating will be allowed.

Back when we played Strat on stone tablets, there was a "Ring Fling" league, that went on for a while.
Only rule, no one with a title could enter. Someone would win and be ineligible for the next iteration.
It was a lot of fun, I hope this idea works out for you!
