That's a good start, in more ways than one.

Nice!
Koufax once threw a playoff no hitter for me. vs Elk Grove I believe. He seems to rise to the occasion :D

This was only my fourth perfect game that I can recall since I started playing here. My very first game back in ATG II, Claude Osteen threw a perfect game at home in Dunn. Got kind of hooked from that...

I wish guys like Koufax and Gibson had special playoff ratings where they can pitch 3 times in a 7 game series. Just watched highlights last week of the 1965 World Series where Koufax pitched Games 2, 5 and 7. I remember he didn't pitch in Game 1 because it fell on Yom Kippur. But he was an absolute beast on two days rest in Game 7. Before Seaver came along, Koufax and Gibson were my favorite pitchers.

Koufax is the most legendary pitcher of all time, and the reason I became a baseball fan. :D

Koufax made us look bad. I've seen a lot of good performances in my time and this one will be tucked away in my memory bank for a long time to come.
