Idea behind this league is a small cap with two high salaried drafted players which can be pitchers or hitters
2 round serpentine draft in which you pick two 9m+ plus players and then fill rest of roster with auto draft
To get individual stadiums you will pick ballpark in second round
Drafted players must be on auto draft as last two picks
