I really dislikethe ready for draft feature for private leagues...seems like there is always one who joined early that holds up the draft

It's very handy if you need to make changes, though irritating when it holds up a league.
How about a generated email from Strat if, after a day, you still have a team in a league that has not been not marked ready for draft?

It would be up to Strat. I'm sure there's a way to notice a team holding up a league for that reason, then just a matter of generating an email reminder.......
