Ive got a team in the semis --
my default rotation is (Leonard picked up mid season)
1. Pedro Mart
2. Kershaw
3. Koufax
4. Marichal
5. Leonard

Marichal started games 1 and game 5 -- Leonard has yet to pitch once.

Explanations?

I believe that any pitcher in the default rotation who is in the the first four slots will always pitch with the rest he requires. That being said if all of your pitchers only require 3 days rest, the player in the 5th sot will be bypassed each time through the rotation. The only way around it is to use the pitcher per-game option

Ive got a mix of SPs- why would it skip my 'default rotation' assignment?
PMart and Kershaw being no*
and the other 3 are *
it sort of defeats the purpose of my rotation assignments yeah?

HAL takes the highest ranked pitcher who is rested. Marichal is ranked above Leonard, and was rested for game 5, so he pitched.

Use the per game starter feature to achieve your desired results.

too bad its not written clearly anywhere in the 'rules' that I can see anyway.
