New theme league

This is an attempt to remove formula teams that I've grown tired of. It's a spin on some recent themes I've played in and found to be quite interesting and challenging.
The league is 125m, no-DH, 5% penalty, where each team must roster at all times one hitter AND one pitcher at the following prices:
9.99-9.00/ 8.99-8.00/ 7.99-7.00/ 6.99-6.00/ 5.99-5.00/4.99-4.00/ 3.99-3.00/ 2.99-2.00
The remainder of your roster is to be filled with any number of players valued at 0.99 or below. We are excluding any player valued at 1.99-1.00. Sorry Hunter Renfroe, Jordy Mercer, Mike Blowers, et al...you won't be platooning to win this league.
This league has a custom player set to exclude players outside of the stated roster value rules. Roster compliance will be actively policed by the entire league.
