Does anyone have knowledge regarding how HAL chooses which manager get his choice when multiple managers have chosen the same player in the same round?
Say 3 managers have chosen Ruth as their #1 pick. Is there a set protocol which determines which manager ends up with Ruth?
What if I chose a lower salary Ruth card, as opposed to another manager who chose the highest salary Ruth? Does that other manager have priority because he chose the highest salary?
Or perhaps, HAL looks at the totality of the draft and determine which manager has received the least number of his draft picks overall (lowest percentage maybe). Would this factor into how HAL determines which managers receive priority on tied picks?
Go to pick #2. I've already missed on my #1 because somebody else bested me with their #1. If I again am in a tie with another manager (or managers), does the fact that I already missed my #1 bump me up in priority?
And so on, and on? Each time during the draft that I'm tied with another manager(s), is priority given to the manager(s) who so far has had the least amount of picks go his way?
Or.... is all just random?
