The Dual Franchise League is looking for one manager to fill out its league. This will be the 40th season. The gist of the league is that each manager picks 2 franchises and then has the rights to the players on those 2 franchises to build his team. The player pool is post WWII; all teams and players from 1946 to present. Draft has been set up in the Individual league chat forum along with the rules. If interested in joining please visit the league site there and let us know. Hopefuly, team draft should start this coming Friday. As an FYI, whoever joins will be drafting in the third spot.
