Dual Franchise League needs one manager

The DFL season 43 is looking for one manager to join our league. Premise of the league is that each manager gets to pick 2 franchises and build his team from there. We are using an ATG subset of players only from 1967 to present Good group of managers; many have been in the league for a very long time. We will probably start drafting franchises in the next couple days. Please post here if interested. Thanks

What are the parameters of the league?
DH or no DH? Salary Cap? Etc...?

145 million cap, using DH, 5% salary drop throughout season, 1 trade allowed per team ( multiple player deals ok) and one free agent per team who must be from one of the 6 franchises not chosen.
Also, whoever joins will be picking 7th, in round two the order is reversed.
