the Ruth card. I've got him on a team for an 80 mil league. never used either of his 2 highest priced cards but decided I've got to try it. anyway, love some feedback on anyone's experience using either of his 2 highest priced cards. thanks

Only Ruth I've ever found viable at $80 is the pitcher card

Not at $80, I don't use cards if they aren't efficient. 1927 pops at $100 occasionally. But even at $140 those top cards are pricey (though obviously playable once you get to that cap).

Yes I've used the Big Daddy at $140 and $200. Definitely the best card in the set (ignoring price) in a neutral environment.

I haven't used those cards, but it looks like they could make fun #3 batters in a league with 7+ lefty parks.

In a 100M league format, I do sorta like Ruth's 1920 card for about $13.5M -- it's got beastly HR power, more than any of the Ruth cards. Don't toss a lefty pitcher against this card. :) Yet, like others have said, it's pushing the envelope at 100M (wouldn't try this at 80M) to spend so much on one player and not spread the wealth on strong platoons/match-ups etc.

Here's how '20 Ruth at 100M is doing for me currently:

Not too shabby to say the least.
