Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I tried to create a custom player set and got this message - "num cards inserted doesn't match file."

I followed the instructions and not sure what it means. I have more than 800 players in the set unless they meant to say 800 minimum batters and 800 minimum pitchers. Anyone have a suggestion to fix this?

Same thing happened to me. As it turned out, I had somehow dropped one digit in one player's ID.

Scan your spreadsheet and see if anything obvious jumps out at you. Otherwise, you can send email to 365support@strat-o-matic.com

Note: The requirement is for 800 total cards, not 800 of each

Also need to make sure that there are enough available per position to address league requirements, i.e. at least 5 starters for each team x12, at least 4 pure relievers per team x12, etc....

when you delete players, make sure you select the box of the farthest left column and use the DELETE function on the menu bar, and select SHIFT CELLS UP

Has anyone had any success in creating a custom set since the recent card addition? Has anyone had any recent success in getting Strat to help? F.O.X and I have failed in both creating a custom set and in getting Strat to help.

We've sent three emails to the Help Desk and no response. I am doing a test custom player set right now, using the previous excel file that doesn't contain the 224 new cards. I will post the results shortly.

The test failed. After uploading the excel file, the attempt to upload was stuck on "processing" for about 20 minutes. I finally gave up and closed out the tab.
