purchasing a credit... Can't

Having a problem purchasing a credit which never before for me has happened
Right at the first step where it asks for the purchase 1 team or say 5 when I click I get the following message--
It seems you are not logged in, please log in to website.
This is when I am obviously logged in.
Any suggestions?

Log out of 365 page and then log back in through main strat-o-matic.com page. Then go back to 365 page to buy credits.

I had trouble few months ago. Tried to use PayPal with a card I bought from store to not use my personal card and it would not accept it. So I need credits also just gotta find safe method
