PLEASE read carefully. This is a Franchise league - with only NEL players available at waivers. All players drafted must have a card for one of the franchises in the group you selected. You may use ANY CARD that a player has, but they MUST have a card from your franchises. No franchises can be duplicated, nor may any be used that are not listed below. You may use any ballpark. **Pick ONE franchise group:

NEL players will be free agents at waivers and may NOT be picked during the draft. If you get any NEL or other franchise players in the initial draft you must try to drop them before waivers. Trades are OK as long as each team owns the rights.
